This Privacy Policy describes how the CUSTOMER’s personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.nirisluxurywear.com (the “Site”).

How does Niris use your personal information?

Niris uses the Order Information that Niris collects to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing the CUSTOMER’s payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing the CUSTOMER with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, Niris uses this Order Information to:

If the CUSTOMER is a European resident, the CUSTOMER has the right to access personal information held about the CUSTOMER and to ask that their personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. DATA RETENTION

When the CUSTOMER places an order through the Site, Niris will maintain your Order Information for Niris’ records unless and until the CUSTOMER asks us to delete this information.
